Sasha de Buyl-Pisco is a writer, illustrator and comics maker based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Her comics have been featured as part of BBC’s The Social, The Dangerous Women Project and The Common Weal, and her writing work has been featured in The List and 404 Ink’s Nasty Women.  She also delivers workshops on making comics and zines. Previous clients include Book Week Scotland, For Book’s Sake and Edinburgh Libraries.

She currently works for Creative Scotland in the Literature team, and takes on freelance projects. These include programming, events management, podcasting and chairing/hosting events.
